The steel lid has a washable silicone seal making it leak-resistant. It features smooth folded edges and levered locking clips at each end for extra pressure for closure. This container is suitable for all foods but not ideal for very wet foods such as soup. Will not retain or impart colors, stains, odors, or flavors into food.
