Background
Located in India, our textile design and production partners make our beautiful handwoven fabrics using recycled yarns, with the vision of preserving the craft of handloom weaving while promoting the use of upcycled textiles. Fabrics are created from waste materials which are then mechanically shredded into fibres and spun into yarns (post-industrial recycling or post-consumer recycling). Eventually, these beautiful yarns are processed into upcycled textiles and finally made into this beautiful garment.
Free shipping to the EU (except UK and Switzerland), however we will gladly send our suits anywhere in the world - we might apply a small shipping fee if you're a little further away. Returns are pretty easy, as we cover EU return shipping costs. Simply create a return label, print it out and send it back to us. You have 30 days to do so. In case you have any additional requests/questions, we will be happy to answer them and take care of your needs.

Delivery & Returns
Our standard delivery takes 3 to 5 days, although certain brands may vary in delivery time due to made to order. We offset the carbon of each order, and many of our brands use green shipping solutions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the items. Please note that brands offer different returning periods, varying from 14 to 30 days. Thus, we ask you to send us an email to customercare@staiy.com with the relevant order information.
