Delivery & Returns

We, at Staiy, truly believe that all our customers are our partners in the mission towards Sustainability. We don’t just want you to love the product that you order, we also want to ensure that your whole shopping experience is phenomenal and satisfactory.

Delivery:

The standard delivery time is 3-5 days.

If the product is Pre-Made or Made to Order, the delivery time may vary. You would be informed of the expected delivery time when you place the order so that you don’t have to look at the door with starry expectant eyes daily! In such a case.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the items.

However, before you proceed with your request, we ask you to think of someone who would adore it. With such a thoughtful gift, you would not only avoid the extra CO2 emissions of a return and contribute towards a greener future, but also would surely gain some extra points in friendship and maybe some extra gifts in the future!

In case you are sure that you can’t pass the purchase to someone you know, we, at Staiy, are happy to help you with the return and reimbursement.

Please note that brands have different returning periods, varying from 14 to 30 days. Thus, we ask you to send us an email to customercare@staiy.com with the relevant order information and our customer care assistants will gladly help you.

If the item you are returning is defective, our Partner Brand will happily cover the returning shipping expenses. However, if the item is not defective, the customer will have to cover the expenses.
